At most jobs we are expected to be as productive as possible, so we pressure ourselves to focus constantly. But what if our brains are not made for this? For instance, it’s very normal to lose yourself from time to time in the distractions provided by the world wide web. Research already proved that the brain needs breaks to recharge our focus, so being distracted is not as bad as we think. Maybe we don't need to feel so guilty when our attention fades. This is why I’ve designed different tools like the Process table and the Dig Deeper calendar to help you trust in and listen to the signs of different kinds of distraction.
